    Capture of Golden State Killer Resonates in LSUS Criminal Justice Class About Serial Murder

    The capture of the Golden State killer last Wednesday after 40 years had special meaning to LSUS students in Dr. Chris Hale's popular Criminal Justice class about serial murder. They had studied the case and speculated about the perpetrator.

    The LSUS Foundation is among worthy local causes listed for consideration by donors on May 1, Give for Good Day, the online day of giving in Northwest Louisiana.     Shreve Memorial Library, LSUS Present Children's Book Festival Saturday, May 5 on Campus

    Shreve Memorial Library will sponsor its first Children's Book Festival on Saturday, May 5 on the campus of LSU in Shreveport. There is no admission charge for the event that will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the front of the campus near the Administration Building and Noel Memorial Library.
