The LSUS LEAD program is one the few civilian programs represented at the conference. Most are military academies or ROTC units.
The annual Leadership Conference is hosted by the Naval Academy's Department of Leadership, Ethics and Law. Students from select undergraduate schools with a leadership development program or ROTC unit, as well as students from other military service academies, are invited to attend the event. This year approximately 150 students from 42 universities and military academies will attend.
