LSU Shreveport Will Host Ed.D. Open Public Information Forum

LSU Shreveport will host a public informational forum for the new Doctor of Education in Leadership Studies Tuesday, September 24, 2013. This free event will take place on the third floor of the Noel Memorial Library from 6:00 pm-7:00 pm and is open to the public.
The forum for the new program will cover information on admissions, course delivery, program content, tuition, time to completion, accreditation, and more. Speakers include Associate Professor of Education, Larry Garrison, Chair of the Education Department, Dr. Ruth Ray Jackson, Interim Provost and Vice Chancellor, Dr. John S. Vassar, and Interim Chancellor, Dr. Paul Sisson.
Applications for the Ed.D. are currently being accepted for January 2014 with the deadline being October 30, 2013. Anyone interested in this new degree program is encouraged to attend. For more information please visit www.lsus.edu/EDD.
