LSU Shreveport Website Wins CASE Award

The LSU Shreveport website was awarded a CASE Silver Award of Excellence at the 2011 CASE Fusion Conference in New Orleans, La. for website redesign.

The CASE District IV Awards Program consisted of 70 categories with over 700 entries. Entries in the website redesign category were evaluated on overall appearance, suitability for the targeted audience, writing, quality and use of images and design elements, ease of navigation, and creativity in solving the problems of designing for this medium.

CASE, the Council for Advancement and Support of Education, is a national professional association serving educational institutions and the advancement professionals who work on their behalf in alumni relations, communications, development, marketing and allied areas. CASE helps its members build stronger relationships with their alumni and donors, raise funds for campus projects, produce recruitment materials, market their institutions to prospective students, diversify the profession, and foster public support of education.
