LSU Shreveport to Offer Mobile Development Class

The LSU Shreveport Department of Computer Science will offer the course Mobile Development for iOS and Android smartphone applications this summer. The class dates are May 31 through July 29, 2011.

The class will teach students to develop applications for both the iOS and Android devices. Integrating controls such as buttons, sliders, switches and toolbars will all be taught, as well as built-in GPS and database management systems will also be included in the class.

Registration for this summer course is ongoing. Visit myLSUS to register. A non-credit course will also be offered through the Division of Continuing Education.
