LSU Shreveport Student Affairs and Honors Society Give Back

LSU Shreveport Student Affairs and the Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society are donating care bags to the Caddo Council on Aging.

Each year, LSUS adopts 25 senior citizens in need. This year 50 senior citizens were adopted. This is the third year LSUS Student Affairs has adopted senior citizens and the first year for Phi Eta Sigma to participate. The LSUS staff and students will deliver the bags on Friday to the Caddo Council on Aging. The Meals on Wheels program will deliver the bags to senior citizens.

Phi Eta Sigma is a national honor society recognizing students who earn a 3.5-4.0 grade point average in either semester of the freshman year.
