LSU Shreveport Inducts Students to Phi Kappa Phi

LSU Shreveport held an induction ceremony for the spring 2011 class of Phi Kappa Phi on Sunday, May 15 at 2 p.m.


Senior undergraduates must be in the upper ten percent of their class. Juniors are drawn from the upper seven and one-half percent of their class. In total, 39 students were honored. Phi Kappa Phi draws from all academic majors at the University.

The initiation was led by Dr. Leslie Fife, president of the LSUS chapter. He was assisted by Dr. Timothy Winter, treasurer. Dr. Terry Harris, Chair of the English Department, gave the keynote address.
