LSU Shreveport Debate Team Names Elite Sponsor of Tournament

LSU Shreveport has named United Title of Louisiana, Inc. the Elite Sponsor of the Red River Classic Forensics Tournament. The tournament is hosted by the LSU Shreveport Debate Team. This is the first time in the 37 year history of the tournament to have an elite sponsor.

"The debate team at LSUS is very grateful to United Title for their support of our annual tournament. Not only will their support help us put on a better tournament for those coming in from across the country and the region, but in the end it will help give some great students the opportunity to compete and learn more throughout the year," said Forensics and Debate Director Trey Gibson.

The tournament will be hosted on the LSUS campus November 4 through 6. Teams from across the country will come to compete in more than 10 speaking events at the three-day tournament.
