Feel Like an Imposter?

Date and Time
Wednesday March 21, 2018
11:00am - 11:50am

Do you often feel like a phony, fraud, or fake? Have a fear that it’s only a matter of time before others figure out you don’t know what you’re doing? Many of us are plagued by what is referred to as "Imposter Syndrome," a feeling of phoniness in people who believe that they are not intelligent, capable, or creative despite ample evidence of success and high achievement.  Join us to learn to take ownership of your success, overcome self-doubt, and banish the thought patterns that undermine your ability to feel and act as bright and capable as others already know you are.

Location: Student Success Center (Noel Library)
