All Y’all Live to Host Storytelling Fundraiser at LSU Shreveport on Saturday, Sept. 28 


Proceeds from All Y’all Live: “Going Through It” will support mental health counseling services for students     

SHREVEPORT -­ ​All Y’all Live, a Shreveport-based live storytelling event series and podcast, will host its 17th live event at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28. All Y’all Live: “Going Through It” will be held at University Center Auditorium on the campus of LSU Shreveport. All Y’all Live events feature a curated evening of true stories told live on stage without notes by fascinating local people. Announced storytellers for Sept. 28 include Randy Moulder, Melissa Goslin Moore, and Abbas Moussaoui. Tickets are $15 each and may be purchased in advance at www.AllYallBlog.com. Advance ticket purchase is recommended.

All proceeds from All Y’all Live: “Going Through It” will help provide mental health counseling services for area college students. This annual philanthropic award, known as the Fidnto Award, has previously been awarded to the Shreveport Stuffed Shrimp Festival (2018), Louisiana Association for the Blind (2017), Martin Luther King Health Center (2016), and other great causes.   

A cash bar will be available and live musical interludes will be performed by Highland-based electronic musician Nate Treme. This All Y’all Live event is supported by presenting sponsor Marilynn’s Place with additional support from Maccentric and LSU Shreveport.

Stories told at All Y’all live events are recorded and released individually as podcast episodes. To date, nearly 70 episodes have been released and are currently available on Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Spotify and other podcasting platforms.  


All Y’all Live events are recommended for mature audiences.
