2013 Black Tie…Or Not…Ball Tickets Now On Sale

April 12, 2013

The sixth annual Black Tie...Or Not...Benefit Ball will be held April 20, 2013 from 6 p.m.-12 a.m. at Sam's Town Casino.

The BTON Ball is a fundraiser that supports the Shreveport-Bossier Rescue Mission, a local ministry that feeds, clothes, and provides shelter to homeless men, women, and children throughout Shreveport-Bossier. This annual event is organized by LSU Shreveport students from the Rotaract and Accounting Clubs.  Over the past five years, the BTON ball has raised $50,000 for the Shreveport-Bossier Rescue Mission.

Tickets are available for purchase from Rotaract club members or, for the first time ever, online through Brown Paper Tickets. Reserved seats can be purchased for $60, with open seating tickets available at $40.  To buy tickets for the sixth annual Black Tie... Or Not...Ball contact Craig Causey at CauseyC92@lsus.edu or visit the Brown Paper Tickets event page at http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/356535.  We encourage purchasing of tickets before April 15, 2013; however, tickets will be sold on the Brown Paper Tickets site until 48 hours before the event.

Another great way to support the Shreveport-Bossier Rescue Mission and the BTON Ball is by purchasing a Caddywompuss 50/50 Reverse Raffle ticket.  Raffle tickets are $10 for a chance to earn half the pot!  You do not have to be in attendance to win. Contact a member of Rotaract to buy tickets or Dr. Mary Lois White at (318) 797-5103.
