Pumped-Up
Volunteers
LSUS
students took on a number of projects on Volunteer
Day in November. Some of them worked on the restoration
project of the McNeill Street Pumping Station Preservation
Society. Sandy Segalla, a sophomore in the physician
assistant program, brushes off a window frame before
installing a new pane of glass. Putting a new roof
on the laboratory building under the station's water
tower are junior Matt Marsiglia (front) and senior
Mack Morgan, both business management majors. Removing
old paint from the water tower's main pipe are Brad
Bowen, a senior political science major; Kate Briffa
(with cap), a senior business management major, and
Brandi Howe, a freshman biological science major.
