Dr. Santwana Chaudhuri, a senior research associate in the Human Resource Group of IIM Calcutta, refers to information pertaining to her discussion, “Responding to Globalization – Change Management in Indian Organizations,” as Dr. Sanjay Menon, assistant professor of management and holder of the LSUS India Studies Professorship, observes with interest. Chaudhuri’s presentation in the LSUS Science Lecture Auditorium was sponsored by the College of Business Administration and the India Studies Program.
