Dr. Lacy and Edie Williams Circle of Excellence Plaza

This view of The Dr. Lacy and Edie Williams Circle of Excellence Plaza graphically depicts the beautiful gardens that will frame the plaza. Hearty yellow roses, white crepe myrtles and low-maintenance ground cover will be kept fresh by an automatic irrrigation system included in the meticulous design of Landscape Architect Will Loe, of Shreveport’s Somdal Associates. The architectural firm donated Loe’s time and the company’s resources as an in-kind contribution to the project. Theirs will be one of the four “founding” gateway medallions to grace the entrances to the plaza. (Click here for ground-level view of plaza. Click here for article and photos.)
