Alumni Association adds panels to University’s Wall of Honor

The LSUS Alumni Association and LSUS Foundation recently co-sponsored and unveiled an alumni addition to the University’s Wall of Honor. Distinguished Alumni award recipients from 1985 to the present and Alumni Board presidents from 1979 to the present are featured in the new section. The dedication plaque reads, “In honor of those alumni who have given generously of their time, talents and resources to LSUS, thereby using their degrees and leadership skills to serve their communities and promote excellence in education.”

The impressive walnut and bronze structure is located outside the Chancellor’s Conference Room on the second floor of the Administration Building. Other sections of the Wall of Honor include panels highlighting LSUS Chancellors, Foundation Presidents, Endowed Chairs and Professorships, Pilots of the Year, Endowed and Annual Scholarships and Foundation members.
