Geraldine Brooks addresses the LSUS Pioneer Heritage Center’s annual Authors In April luncheon at Shreveport Country Club as (in mirror from left) Carol Ann Marsala, Anne Wilson and Dr. Woody Wilson listen with interest. Brooks discussed a number of topics, including her latest book, March, which received rave reviews. In addition to her address at the April 1 luncheon, Brooks conducted a Writer’s Workshop the previous afternoon in the Assembly Room on the third floor of Noel Memorial Library.
