U.S. Army 1st Lt. Brandon R. Friedman
delivers the commencement address at the summer-fall
graduation exercises in mid-December at CenturyTel Center
in Bossier City, as Tabitha Glass interprets his remarks
for the deaf. Friedman, a 2000 LSUS graduate, was recognized
for his meritorious service in Afghanistan and Iraq
with the 2003 Distinguished Alumni Award. The Army awarded
Friedman two Bronze Star Medals for his service.
