Photocopying of Collections

Self-service:
$.05 page (8 ½ x 11", 8 ½ x 14", 11 x 17", microprints)

Staff-produced photocopying is available up to a maximum 100 pages. Microfilming service is available for copying requests that exceed 100 pages. Charges for microfilming will be provided on a case-by-case basis. All mail requests must be paid in advance.

Staff-produced from books/journals with call numbers, collection inventories:
$.30 page (8 ½ x 11", 8 ½ x 14")
$.50 page (11 x 17")

Staff-produced copies of manuscript materials:
$ .50 page (8 ½ x 11", 8 ½ x 14")
$ .70 page (11 x 17")

Staff-produced copies from microforms:
$ .80 page

Scans (staff-produced only): E-mail (under 600k) or CD
Item under 8 ½ x 14" - $3.00/scan
Item over 8 ½ x 14" - $5.00/scan plus a $10.00 set-up fee
Printed on regular paper - additional $1.00/print
Printed on photographic paper - additional $2.00/print

Minimum charge for copies to be mailed: $10.00
Postage and handling: $5.00 on copy orders exceeding the minimum charge
Mail requests must be paid in advance.
