LaPREP is accepting new applicants for the summer 2009 program. Application materials are available from your math teacher or can be downloaded and printed from this website. Each application must include:

• A completed student application form
• A 75-125 word essay explaining why you desire to participate in LaPREP
• Teacher Nomination Form (to be filled out and signed by your math or science teacher)
• A copy of your report card from the first and second nine weeks
• A copy of your most recent iLEAP or LEAP scores

All application materials must be received in the LaPREP office by 3:00 p.m. on April 10, 2009.
