General Studies Program - General Studies

The General Studies Program provides an opportunity for mature students to create an individualized, interdisciplinary program of study designed to fit their educational and professional goals, particularly when those goals cannot be served by way of traditional degree programs. The program allows students to make full use of courses taken at other accredited institutions, and to choose an area of concentration that will combine different fields of study in creative, innovative ways. Through careful advising, students are encouraged to design a course of study to meet their personal needs and interests and to prepare them for the job market.
