Director’s Welcome

The Institute for Human Services and Public Policy provides educational programs in nonprofit administration and conducts applied research. Our instruction ranges from undergraduate and graduate courses to noncredit workshops on topics such as fundraising, financial management, and volunteer management.  These are delivered both face-to-face and online. The nonprofit program also conducts customized workshops for nonprofit organizations. 

Research done through the Institute often enhances student learning and provides students with employment working on surveys and setting up databases.  Research conducted is wide ranging and includes social indicators, surveys, demographic analysis, program evaluations, and other types of analysis.
