Welcome to the Institute for Human Services & Public Policy at Louisiana State University in Shreveport. Our mission is to conduct research and disseminate knowledge about nonprofit organizations, social research, and public health.  The Institute offers a variety of academic programs, including the American Humanics Certificate Program and the Master of Science in Human Services Administration. The Institute also offers non-academic programs and community services, including public opinion research and analysis, The Red River Summit for Social Entrepreneurship, the Nonprofit Connection: A Renaissance Experience for National Nonprofit CEOs, the Small Nonprofit Conference, and the International Nonprofit Project.
