Share Your Feedback on the Advising Process
Beginning
April 3rd, all LSUS students will have the chance to share their
experiences regarding academic advising for the Summer and Fall 2008 semesters by
completing the Summer/Fall 2008 Advising Survey.
The purpose of the survey is to
improve the advising process to better serve our students. To do this, we need to hear
from you! In order for your responses to be recorded, complete the survey
on MOODLE prior to May 20, 2008, using the steps below.
1. Open
your web browser to http://moodle.lsus.edu/
and log in.
- Your Username is
your LSUS Student ID number.
If you do not know your Student ID number, you can find it by logging into Compass at http://compass.lsus.edu. Your Student ID number is listed under the welcome message on each page. You should NOT use your social security number, email address prefix, hyphens, or spaces.
- Your Password is the PIN number initially set to the MMDD of your birth.
2. Once logged in, click on "LSUSAdvisorSurvey" found in
the My Courses box to enter the survey class.
3. Click on the link "Summer/Fall 2008 Advising Survey" to
begin taking the survey.
4. Remember, when you
have finished answering the survey, to click the "Submit Survey" button.
The information gathered from this survey is confidential.
