- Pay the $10 Application Fee ($20 for International Students)
Payable by credit card on Compass
Payable by check or money order sent to LSUS Accounting Services (include student's name and social security number). - Official Transcripts from each college or university attended
An official transcript must be sent directly to the Office of Admissions and Records by the registrar of each college and university attended, including both graduate and undergraduate work showing all degrees previously awarded by the deadline. The student who has attended institutions outside the United States should submit complete academic records translated to English and certified as true and correct. - Submit Immunization Records Form
