LSUS Institute in Top Five of all U.S. Certifying Institutions (8/25/2009)

The LSUS Institute for Human Services and Public Policy was recently named one of the top five certifying institutions for the American Humanics National Certification in Nonprofit Management and Leadership by the American Humanics National Alumni Association. The LSUS American Humanics National Certification Program has been certifying undergraduate and graduate students since 1995. 

The program recently began certifying AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC) students through the 100% online Masters in Human Services Administration degree program.  AmeriCorps NCCC students reside on five regional campuses throughout the United States and complete 10 to 12 months of community service in areas such as education, environment, public safety, and disaster relief.
