How to Give: Payroll Deduction

A simple and easy way for LSUS employees to support the university is by payroll deduction.

LSUS employee’s gifts of $500 or more qualify for membership in the LSUS Foundation. Unrestricted gifts of $500 or more also qualify for membership in the LSUS Chancellors Circle.

To use payroll deduction simply print and fill out the form and forward it to the LSUS Development Office or call 797-5257.
