To be considered for entering student scholarships complete and/or submit the following:
- Application for Admission
- ACT scores
- Current unofficial high school transcript (entering freshman)
- Current unofficial college transcripts (entering transfer student)

If your financial aid file is not complete on or before the priority deadlines listed above, you should plan to have money from other sources available to pay for your tuition and fees on the deadline date for payment because the university cannot guarantee that your aid will be ready at the beginning of the semester. The Financial Aid Office will issue your approved aid when it is complete, but applications are processed in the order in which they are received, and the late applications may not be processed until after the beginning of the semester.
A complete file in the Financial Aid Office contains:
- Student Aid Report or electronic record from the Department of Education
- Student Data Form
- Loan Application if you are applying for a loan
- Loan Counseling if you are a first-time loan borrower
- Verification process completed
