Teacher Education Council

The Teacher Education Council functions for several purposes as outlined below.

  1. To serve as an advisory committee to the Dean of the College of Education and other University administrators and faculty.
  2. To review programs, processes, and policies for the enhancement of the teacher education program.
  3. To recommend changes in programs to meet current needs in the workplace.
  4. To provide advice on needs for continuing education and professional development.
  5. To serve as ambassadors for the University and the College of Education in the community.
