MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the College of Education and Human Development is to produce teachers, administrators, counselors, school psychologists, and health, sport, and wellness/fitness professionals as well as to prepare psychology majors for graduate studies in a variety of related disciplines. Additionally, service courses in Health and Physical Education and Psychology are provided for students throughout the University. Significant scholarly and outreach activities are emphasized.

College of Education and Human Development constituents include students across the University, private and public schools (including school systems), health professional organizations, fitness/wellness centers, and all other citizens of Northwest Louisiana, Northeast Texas, and Southwest Arkansas.
