Courses - Humanities: HUM 198: Humanities Seminar 3 cr. Prerequisite: Consent of department. May be repeated for credit for a maximum of six term hours. An extramural program. Readings, conferences, and reports in areas of intellectual or artistic concern under the direction of a member of the Liberal Arts faculty. The subject matter will be interdisciplinary and broad in scope. Three hours of seminar. HUM 490: Special Topics in Humanities 1-3 cr. Prerequisite: Junior standing or higher. Intensive study of a topic in the humanities, often interdisciplinary. May correlate with institutes or programs that require less than a full term's duration.
