The Management major is designed to provide students with the skills needed to coordinate and manage human, financial, physical, and information resources to achieve an organization's goals. As a complement to their major in Management and Administration, students may elect to design a program of study in one of five areas: International Management, Health Care Management, Hospitality Management, Entrepreneurship  and Innovation Management, and Human Resource Management. Each of these reflects areas of economic growth in our community, the research expertise of our faculty, and projected employment opportunities for our graduates. The student must take 15 hours of course work within the Management and Administration curriculum of 129 hours and requires either a 2.5 cumulative GPA or a 2.75 GPA for the last 24 hours.

A student choosing to focus on Management and Administration should select the following course work:

Students interested in one of the above focus areas should contact the Chair of the Department of Management and Marketing (797-5017).
