When you complete the course registration process online, print the Compass Class Schedule and bring it to the Bookstore. Look through our selection of new and used textbooks. Textbooks are arranged on the shelves in alphabetical order by Course Title, Course ID on the Compass printout. Example, Accounting, Biology, Computers.

Semester Availability
Shelf tags display the course title, instructor, six digit reference number, required & recommended textbooks, with new and used prices for each text listing.

Payment Options
The LSUS Bookstore has many payment options for your convenience. We accept cash, checks, credit cards and many forms of Financial Aid available through LSUS. Valid LSUS IDs are required for textbook purchases. Using your LSUS ID speeds up transaction time at the check out counters, entitles you to return privileges and reduces the possibility of fraud with checks and credit cards.

Buy Back Dates
Textbook buybacks are held at the end of the semester during finals. Check the Bookstore’s Announcement Page near the end of the semester for specific dates and times. Original receipts not needed for Buy Back. Please remember to bring your LSUS ID card!

Return Policy
PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT!
All refunds require original receipt & valid LSUS ID.
All merchandise must be in new and resalable condition. Do not unwrap or mark in books until you are sure you will be taking the course and your instructor will be using the book. LSUS Bookstore staff will make the determination of the condition of items for refund.

Textbook Refund Deadlines
100% refund first week after classes begin for Spring & Fall Semesters and 3 days for Summer terms.

90% refund second week after classes begin for Spring & Fall Semesters and 4th & 5th days for Summer terms.

Returns after these dates come under our Buy-Back policy, conducted during finals at the end of each semester.

Special course sessions – N/A at this time.

Internet sales – N/A at this time.

Clothing and general merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt and all original packaging and tags attached. Clothes may not show wear or tear.

Computer software cannot be returned once opened.

Method of Return
All refunds will be issued in the same form tendered.

No cash refund on check purchases for a period of ten business days. A certificate will be issued in lieu of cash, redeemable on the eleventh business day.
