Shreveport, LA - The 2005 Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Tournament, set for May 4-7 in Jackson, Mississippi, bracket has been set.  All games will be played at Millsaps College, beginning with Game 1 at 11:00 am on Wednesday.  Game times on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be 11:00 am, 2:30 pm and 6:00 pm.  Saturday's championship game(s) will begin at 12:00 pm.

Day 1 - Wednesday, May 4:

Game 1 (11:00 am) - #1 LSUS (39-17, 22-8)  vs #6 Spring Hill (15-38, 3-27)

Game 2 (6:00 pm) - #2 Mobile (35-21, 17-13) vs #5 William Carey (28-23, 16-14)

Game 3 (2:30 pm) - #3 Belhaven (33-22, 16-14) vs #4 Loyola (25-29, 16-14)

The winner of the GCAC Tournament will receive an automatic bid to the Region XIII Tournament which will be hosted by Louisiana State University in Shreveport May10-14. The Pilots earned the right to host the tournament by claiming their first ever GCAC Regular Season Championship with a 22-8 record; 5 games ahead of the second place University of Mobile Rams (17-13).
