U.L Coleman Real Estate Scholarship
Purpose:	To provide financial assistance to a deserving student within the CBA, who is interested in a career in a professional real estate field.
Award value:	$1000 per semester
Major:	Finance
Number awarded:	One per year; may be awarded a second semester in a year subject to applicant qualifications and fund availability
Selection Criteria:	(1) must be a Finance major; (2) must be interested in a possible career in real estate; (3) must have completed a minimum of 60 hours; (4) will complete at least two real estate courses or two approved real estate related courses; and (5) must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
Restriction:	Must apply for the scholarship through the CBA Dean’s Office
Recipient Selection:	CBA Scholarship Selection Committee
Retention Criteria:	Must maintain 3.0 GPA
