Dr. Kyle Ristig presented a paper titled "The Impact of Perceived Organizational Support and Trustworthiness On Supervisor/Employee Trust" at the Academy of International Business (Southwest United States) conference in San Diego. This association is a part of the Federation of Business Disciplines umbrella organization and the meeting was held in conjunction with the other FBD associations (SWAM, SWDSI, etc.).
