Wolfgang Hinck, Assistant Professor of Marketing, was elected President of the Federation of Business Disciplines (FBD). With an average of 1,000+ members, FBD is one of the largest academic research organizations for multiple disciplines common to business administration. Under its umbrella, FBD leads 12 individual academic associations that meet for an annual research conference. The next conference will take place in San Diego, California, in March 2007.
