Dear Colleagues,
The tenth bi-annual ISSWOV conference will be held in the city of Tallinn, Estonia, one of the best retained medieval European towns. We come to Tallinn after a string of successful conferences in Budapest, Prague, Karlovy Vary, Barcelona, Montreal, Istanbul, Jerusalem, Warsaw and New Orleans. As in previous conferences, you can expect informed presentations and vigorous scholarly debate, all in a relaxed, supportive, and collegial atmosphere. There will also be plenty of opportunities to network and socialization.

This year's theme is defined rather broadly - work values and behavior. We hope to gather a set of articles that would highlight the most topical issues in the field. The usual methods for presentations including oral presentations, posters, panels and symposiums will be the predominant way in which ideas will be transmitted to the participants.

We are doing our very best to make the conference a success. That would include a scientific program that is both informative and challenging; sessions where rewarding exchange of ideas takes place, and an informal part of the program where contacts between colleagues from around the globe are formed and revitalized. In the past, people have left the conference feeling enriched both intellectually and socially. All the above are the ingredients of success and this is what we can offer all visitors and their families.
The venue this time is Tallinn. The city is a unique mix of medieval reminisce and the fastest-developing capital in Europe. With its 400 000 inhabitants, it is a destination for more than 3 million tourists every year. Discover the charm of the city by joining the tenth ISSWOV conference!
