DeAnn Arnold is an alumnus of LSU in Shreveport, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She earned a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Louisiana Tech.  She has worked in Human Resources for the past 8 years, currently serving as Director of Human Resource Management for LSU in Shreveport. She has two small children and her hobbies include photography and running.  Ms. Arnold currently teaches a course in Staffing Organizations.
