Board of Visitors
Fifteen elected members from the Northwest Louisiana business community and two invited members who are recent graduates of the college serve as the College of Business' Board of Visitors (BOV). The Board works closely with the Dean and various college committees. The college has found working with the BOV to be very rewarding, and the benefits from the partnership between the College and the Board are becoming increasingly apparent. Board members participate in focus groups in their areas of expertise, serve as Executive Mentors and Business Mentors in Management programs, act as Executives-in-Residence by teaching the Introduction to Business Course, serve as visiting lecturers in different classes, and participate in interviewing candidates for faculty positions. The Board meets four times each year; one meeting is hosted by a board member annually. If you are interested in being considered for a future BOV position, please e-mail Dr. Charlotte Jones, Dean of the College of Business. Current board members are listed below.
