Dr. McGee earned her D.B.A. in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University in August of 1993.  She also holds undergraduate degrees from the University of Oklahoma and Centenary College in addition to an M.B.A. from Louisiana Tech University.  She is a CPA (inactive status) in Louisiana and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants, and the American Accounting Association.  Prior to becoming an educator she worked in public accounting.  She is published in the accounting area, with expertise in protection against white-collar crime and ethical behavior in company reporting.
