Yellow Jackets stun Pilots 10-8

Shreveport, LA---The LSUS Pilots played host to the LeTourneau University Yellow Jackets Tuesday afternoon at field. The Yellow Jackets exploded for six runs in the second inning off Pilot starter Blake Pinkston and held off the Pilots offense just long enough as they went on to defeat the Pilots for the first time in six years by a final score of 10-8.
Colin Moro led the Pilots with a 2-4 performance at the plated including two homeruns and five RBI. Dusty Maddox added three hits including two doubles.
The Pilots will return to action again Friday night when they will play host to the William Carey College Crusaders. First pitch is slated for 6:30pm.
