    Diakos selected to Capital One's Academic All-America Team

    TOWSON, Md. - LSU Shreveport's Jenna Diakos was selected to the third team of the 2012-13 Capital One Academic All-America Women's Basketball Team College Division as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA). Diakos is in her junior year as a Community Health Major at LSUS with an overall GPA of 4.0.

    Women's Basketball: Lady Pilots take down Southwest

    SHREVEPORT, La. - The LSU Shreveport Lady Pilots eased past the Southwest Lady Mustangs on Saturday night at The Dock in Red River Athletic Conference play 68-41. Sharde Henry led the all scorers with 21 points.

    Wounded Lady Pilots fall at OLLU

    SAN ANTONIO, Tex. - The LSU Shreveport Lady Pilots were without their starting Point Guard, Meoshi Bradley, and Forward, Victoria Smith on Monday night in Red River Athletic Conference play as they suffered a 79-59 loss to the Our Lady of the Lake Saints, snapping their nine-game winning streak.

    WACO, Texas -- For the fifth time this season Sharde Henry of LSU Shreveport earned the Red River Athletic Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week award for the dates of Feb. 4-10 sharing the award this week with Aliesha Carruthers of Wiley College (Texas).
