Assistant Coach
Marcia Spyhalski
Marcia Spyhalksi begins her fifth season at LSUS as an assistant coach, after being named to the position on September 1, 2008.
Spyhalski's duties include, but are not limited to, on-floor coaching, recruiting, opponent scouting, film exchange, monitoring student-athlete academic progress and game management.
Spyhalski is no stranger to the LSUS women's basketball program, as she was a three-year starter from 2003-2006. Spyhalski was named the Lady Pilots team captain during her junior and senior seasons, while leading the team to a school-record 13 wins in 2005-06.
Spyhalski graduated from LSUS in May of 2006 with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree in General Studies.
Spyhalski currently resides in Shreveport.
