Weather adapts LSUS baseball schedule

SHREVEPORT, La. - The weather has again adapted the LSU Shreveport baseball schedule. Oklahoma City University, Lindenwood University and the Pilots were scheduled to play a round-robin event at Pilot Field this weekend but due to the wintry weather and unsafe travel for OCU, the Stars were forced to withdraw their reservation. Lindenwood will still attempt the journey to Pilot Field.
Now the two-team event will consist of a 3:00 p.m. first pitch on Saturday at Pilot Field and a double-header beginning at Noon on Sunday. All games will be seven innings. If weather does not allow for Saturday's game to be played there is a possibility that a single game will be played on Monday at a time to be determined.
