Vaughan, Bussart Honored as 1st Team All-GCAC Selections

Shreveport, La. - Five Lady Pilot soccer players, highlighted by 1st Team members Julia Vaughan and Brenna Bussart, were selected to the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference All-Conference Teams, the league office announced today.
Senior Rachel Alexander, junior Michelle Williamson and freshman Caitlin Smith also earned post-season honors, being named to the All-GCAC 2nd Team.
Vaughan, the 2006 GCAC Offensive Player of the Year, led the Lady Pilots in scoring for the second consecutive season. Vaughan finished the regular season with 10 goals and 6 assists.
