Pilots ranked 11th in NAIA Poll

Shreveport, LA---After suffering a 109-100 loss to Texas Wesleyan University (#23) at the Dock last Monday, the Pilots responded with a 79-67 win over Belhaven College Thursday night. The Pilots then  traveled to New Orleans to take on Southern University-New Orleans Saturday night. The Pilots trailed by as many as 17 points before coming back to defeat SUNO, 91-82.

With a 2-1 record on the week, the Pilots dropped two spots and are currently ranked 11th in the country. The Pilots defeated Xavier University Monday night 89-64 to improve to 13-5 on the season and are currently on top of the GCAC at 4-0. The Pilots will travel to Jackson, MS Thursday night to take on Tougaloo College, and will return home to the Dock Saturday night and will square off against the 16th ranked University of Mobile Rams.
