Pilots Move Up Three Spots in Latest NAIA Top 25 Poll

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Lubbock Christian (Texas) received all 19 first pace votes and remained No. 1 in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Baseball Coaches' Top 25 poll for the second straight week.
The Chaparrals improved their overall record to 40-1 and extend their winning streak to 33 games.
Lewis-Clark (Idaho) stayed No. 2 with 453 points for the second straight week while Lee (Tenn.) remained No. 3 for third consecutive week with 440 points. Oklahoma City moved up a spot to No. 4 with 408 points while Azusa Pacific (Calif.) dropped to No. 5 with 393 points to round out top-five.
The LSUS Pilots, winners of nine straight, jumped up three spots to No. 20 after going a perfect 7-0 last week, including a pair of wins versus No. 17 Texas Wesleyan University.
Malone (Ohio) made its debut in the top-25 for the first time this season at No. 22. No. 25 Jamestown (N.D.) moved back into top-25 after dropping out last week.
The seventh regular season poll will be released on Wednesday, April 23.
