Pilots Improve to 24-1 in Victory Over Dillard

NEW ORLEANS, La. - Josh Porter scored 28 points to help lead the LSUS Pilots to a 98-86 win over Dillard here today.

The Pilots (24-1, 13-1) currently hold a two-game lead over Mobile in the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference standings.

LSUS' Clarke Jackson came off the bench to score a season-high 19 points. He was 5-of-7 shooting from the field.

Jamon Morris had 12 points and 10 rebounds for the Pilots. J'Quincy Jones also had 10 points for the Pilots, who made 50 percent of their shots from the field.

LSUS will host Southern University of New Orleans on Thursday night at The Dock.  The men's game will begin at 7:30 PM.
