Men's Basketball: Pilots lose tough game to end tournament streak
WAXAHACHIE, Tex. - The no. 21 LSU Shreveport Pilots saw their hopes of adding to their streak of seven consecutive conference tournament championships come to an end on Saturday afternoon as they fell to the St. Thomas Celts 69-63 in the Red River Athletic Conference Tournament. The streak began back in 2006 when they won the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Tournament and they carried it to their new conference won the past two RRAC Tourney titles.

Men's Basketball: Davis and Politte power Pilots past Wiley in OT
WAXAHACHIE, Tex. - The LSU Shreveport Pilots outscored the Wiley Wildcats 21-12 in overtime to take down the Wiley Wildcats 107-98 in overtime in the quarter finals of the Red River Athletic Conference Tournament on the campus of Southwestern Assemblies of God University.

SHREVEPORT, La. - LSU Shreveport senior Jake Greene is one of 10 men's basketball players in all of college basketball to be named to the inaugural Allstate NABC Good Works Team as announced today by Allstate Insurance Company and the NABC.

Men's Basketball: Davis named RRAC Player of the Week
WACO, Tex. - Brandon Davis of LSU Shreveport earned recognition as Red River Athletic Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week for Feb. 18-24. This is the 15th and final weekly award of the season. This is Davis' fifth time in the seven weeks that he has played this season to be named to this award.

Pilots take down Regular Season Champs on Senior Night
SHREVEPORT, La. - The no.19 LSU Shreveport Pilots seniors definitely have a night to remember as they took down the regular season champion and no. 7 SAGU Lions 80-74 on Monday night at The Dock in front of a standing room only crowd. The win secures second place for the final standings and the no. 2 seed in RRAC Tournament. The Pilots will hit the hardwood on Friday at Noon at SAGU against the no. 7 seed which has yet to be determined who that will be. The Pilots were the only team in the conference to beat SAGU twice this season.
