LSUS Coasts to Easy Victory Over Tougaloo

Jackson, Miss. - LSUS starter Justin Ennis picked up his 7th victory on the year and the Pilots' offense plated 12 runs as they knocked off Tougaloo College 12-3 on Friday afternoon.

Ennis threw eight strong innings on the mound to improve to 7-1 on the season and Craig Barnes was 2-for-2 with 3 RBIs to lead the offense.

Kyle Lawrence and Quinton Shamsabady also finished with two hits apiece, including a homerun.

Freshman Mason Free finished out the game on the hill with a scoreless ninth inning, as the Pilots picked up their 33rd victory on the year.

LSUS and Tougaloo will go at it again tomorrow in a doubleheader that is set to begin at 1:00 p.m.  Both of tomorrow's games can be heard live over the internet via Teamline and LSUS play-by-play announcer Mark Cantrell.
